"Poor hospitality"

The only good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the location we wanted to visit.

There was no hospitality. No water bottles or kettle kept in the room. The rooms lacked basic amenities like tissues and hand towels. The staff was least bothered. Overall a terrible experience
