"Wonderful."

Absolutely wonderful accommodation within a short walk to Winton eateries, spacious and very tidy room with large bathroom, good coffee and tea facilities and a smart tv. The hosts are wonderful and so warm and accommodating. Highly recommend this place if you are travelling in the south.

"Fantastic"

Belvedere met our expectations. The room was fabulous and comfortable. The ensuite met expectations. Breakfast was excellent The hosts were very friendly and gave us good information about the area.

Could not fault it. If back in Southland we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house and bedroom. Ensuite bathroom highly appreciated. Everything clean and comfortable, we had a gopd night's sleep. The cookies were a nice extra, freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was most welcome.. Highly recommended.

"Comfortable and good breakfast."

Breakfast was nice and our hostess was very obliging. The home has been refurbished to a very high standard and the room was beautiful. We were very comfortable.

The home was very Grand, alas the garden let the property down a bit, as it was neglected. But weather had not been so good of late, so perhaps they had suffered in the past storms?
