Was a shame car kept being hit by footballs from the neighbours garden

Nice property, clean and well maintained. Very friendly owner. Comfortably furnished. We booked the property to attend a nearby wedding so we didn't look at the area though did visit a busy, nice Italian restaurant in Beamish.

Patio was surprisingly and dangerously slippery in rain. Very limited electrical sockets in bedrooms though the owner did promptly provide an extension cable on request which was much appreciated.

Very modern furniture and fittings. Very quiet area, good location for Beamish museum

Arrived to scones freshly made ,tea coffee sugar, very clean, spacious light and airy

The outdoor furniture round the back could have done with a power wash and no long handled broom do doing the kitchen floor with a brush and shovel took a while but only stating as I was prompted by the questionnaire

Lovely quiet location. Property clean, spacious and well laid out with plenty of amenities. Scones on arrival a lovely touch. We were visiting Beamish museum which was only a couple of minutes by car, supermarkets and places to eat just 5/10 minutes by car. Owner was friendly.

Very well furnished and equipped. Very clean and supplied with everything you could need.

Need sharper knives!

The property was clearly very well looked after and was a great distance between Newcastle and Durham for days out too!
