Do Not List a Property If You Can't Manage It – No Water Meter & Terrible Service I’d like to share a very disappointing experience. The main issue with this property is not just the lack of water, but the fact that there is NO WATER METER at all. This is not a minor issue — it clearly reflects poor management. The house may look big or nice, but if you can’t manage it properly, it should NOT be listed on Booking.com. We travelled a long way with family, only to waste time searching for another place at the last minute. This situation caused major inconvenience, especially when the refund process became complicated due to misleading information provided by the landlord on Booking.com. This feels manipulative and dishonest. Trying to “protect” the landlord’s reputation should not come at the cost of innocent guests being inconvenienced. To make matters worse, the staff on-site were rude and unprofessional – shouting in front of our elderly family members upon arrival. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. I sincerely hope the platform and relevant authorities take this seriously. Do not allow unfit properties to continue taking advantage of travellers.

Size of the house.

Broken sofa bed and room not as described for room 1, missing an extra large bed. Room 5 on ground level has dusty blankets.

Responsive and responsible owner. Property is great for big group.

Cleanliness could have been better. Only one bathroom with water heater for a big group is challenging.
