SAI already requested to you for refund. Because which I book the room not the same .it like so dirty the manager is like a conductor he not slove the issue. The bed sheet of the room iam really sorry to say but someone faking and leave there dirty things there I already inform the staff and manager but he say we will not refund

We stayed just one night at this hotel because we needed to be near Jakarta airport, but it was a very unpleasant experience. The room was extremely dirty, with visible damp, a strong bad smell, and even mold on the walls. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was no toilet paper, no soap, and no towels. When I asked to change rooms, the reception staff, who were not friendly, made me wait 10 minutes before offering a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was also far from clean or comfortable, and I had to ask again for all the basic items. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I’m attaching photos to show the reality.
