WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff is a Thief and the Hotel Covers It Up! 🤬 A hotel employee entered our room to steal money on the very first night of our stay. The next morning, they did it again, entering our room to steal while we were in the first-floor common area. We discovered the money was missing on the afternoon of the second day and demanded that the hotel review its CCTV footage to assist us. The management's attitude was extremely passive and unhelpful. After we insisted, the hotel promised to report the case to the police. They also promised to cancel our reservation through Booking.com and issue a full refund. However, as soon as we left the hotel, they went back on all of their promises and did absolutely nothing. The CCTV footage clearly shows this thieving employee entering our room just minutes after we would leave, which proves this is a serial offender. You can even find reviews on Google from other guests who have had items stolen here in the past. Despite this evidence, the hotel still refuses to admit they have hired a thief. The employee lied, claiming he entered our room because we had requested pest control spray and cleaning services. This is a blatant lie, as there is no record of such a request, and furthermore, we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on our door the entire time. Yet, he had the audacity to lie and claim he saw a "Please Make Up Room" sign. Because of this hotel, I never want to visit Sanur again, and I will be boycotting all hotels operated by "SooBali". I sincerely urge every traveler who reads this review: for the sake of your vacation and your peace of mind, please avoid this despicable hotel!

I was there for yoga practice in Mertasari area. The location is perfect, walking distance from the main road and the beach where you can see the sunrise. Walkable from the supermarket and mall along with some local souvenir shops. It took me less than 10 minutes to go to the yoga place. It has communal area, small pantry, where you can cook simple food with electric pan, microwave and there is a fridge. My room is clean, well equipped, and has a window full of sunshine (2B). The bathroom is clean as well. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. The laundry service is just next door and has varied services. It has spacious motor bike parking lot and free bikes for customer to use. Perfect.

The hot water is only available for less than 10 minutes. The room only has small cloth storage. When I was there in June 2025, there is a construction happening next door, it’s not too loud but noticeable.

Convenient, quiet location near shops and restaurants

Small room, minimal view. In the room no glasses, cups or bottled water. Very small bathroom with inconvenient shower placement.

The location is great, close to the beach, short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Laundry next door! The hotel provide you with free bicycle hire! The beach has a great path for cycling. The room was amazing value for money, clean.

The shared kitchen area was unusual for me. This is the only place where is a fridge.

Great comfy and clean accom in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful and has everything you need for a nice stay in Sanur. Beach access is just across the road, with lots of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance + amazing laundry next door. Would recommend!
