Delightful luxury 2-bedroom holiday home in nature

Rural location near a small town was excellent Cottage was a good size and comfortable Very happy with cottage

Cottage could have been cleaned a bit better. Good Kitchen but could be a little better equipped: toaster, coffee maker other than Nespresso, English instructions on the microwave/oven. No significant complaints

The property is beautiful and the owners are very nice. -beautiful nature and surroundings -modern, good equipped house and kitchen -the chimney and the garden

Unfortunately we were faced with big problems with the reservation, as we arrived with our two little kids. This property is managed by EuroParcs, not by the owners itself (but we couldn’t also reach the them before arrival), so they couldn’t find our reservation. EuroParcs is very bad organized, they couldn’t help…I had to call the booking.com service, which also wasn’t very helpful…it took us an hour to check-in, many calls and nerves. As we entered, it continued. Nothing was organized. Not the baby bed, not the towels or the bed sheets. The apartment wasn’t well cleaned as well. After complaining and asking, they send someone to clean again und bring the rest…we waited for 2 hours and we very disappointed with their handling of this huge problem. Latterly, it was all fine. They offered us a breakfast but denied us categorically to check out the next day a little bit later, not even an hour. Very sad, questionable service! But Lana (the owner) tried her best to fix this situation (in remote) and was very concerned about what happened.

The location, the design, interior and atmosphere of the property are just excellent. The garden has this great view and you hardly see or hear the neighbors. The owners were very nice and really keen on making our stay as good as possible!

What I didnt like had nothing to do with the house but with the facilities on the park. The swimming pool was used for private swim lessons so we were only able to use part of the pool on some days. And the activities for kids were not at this park but on another park in the neighborhood.
