Refund my money. Terrible stay worst experience ever

It's the biggest scam, booking.com showing edited and fake pictures of that hotel and room, in reality there is no similarity. Don't book this kind of hotel it's a total waste of your money and time.If possible then refund my amount. Totally fake and scam the tourist.No staff was there to assist you

Proximity to main road/commercial areas

Staff a bit arrogant. Lift not working. TV in the room not working. Bed sheets in the room were not neet. The street on which this hotel is located is on a lower level and when it rained the whole street got flooded with dirty drain water 2 feet depth and even the auto / taxi people refused to come to this street.

Nothing good to say about this dirty hotel. I couldn't bear to stay in this hotel for more than a couple of hours even after paying the full payment. Very dirty rooms, dirty unwashed bedsheets, broken bathroom doors etc. Not even a single reason to say good about this hotel except the property is in the heart of the city
