It was a very bad surprise for all of us. When I booked the property seeing the photograph of the property in the booking.com and agoda it seemed it was a solitary property in the middle of a romantic paddy field. But when we reached the property we found it to be a part of an old residential colony. While entering Rajgir I called the contact person given in the booking.com. I told him that we all were above 60 people so there should be some helping hand to help us with the luggage. But we found the entrance gate was not open. After honking for almost 10 minutes we had to open the gate ourselves. At this point of time I again called to the contact number when he told that his parents stayed in the property and managed it. They will soon be there to help us. Then a lady appeared on the portico busy with her phone without addressing us. We felt that there was no care for the guests rather her call was more important to her. As we were driving the entire day we wanted to settle soon. So we requested them to guide us to the room. However, after taking the entire luggage upstairs through the staircase we came to know that between the two rooms we booked, one didn't have washroom facilities. This information was not shared either on booking.com or through phone. By this point we got really vexed and left the place. Finally we stayed in BODHI RETREAT a nearby hotel with good facilities. So now on we can not trust the pictures given on the booking.com.

Overall a good Homestay with very friendly host. I will remember the morning tea. It was so good and refreshing.

Cleaning of common areas can be improved. Including washrooms .

Its a such too amazing home stay . I will recommend this for everyone, specially the family of owner are too good . They are treating the guests as their family.

It was convenient and comfortable. Host is friendly and helpful. Sufficient parking space and hastle free checkin. You also get home cooked food 🌷

My family really liked the homely stay. Hosts are really nice and friendly. Place is really spacious and close to all the main tourist attractions. Would totally recommend.

Drinking water situation can be improved. Had to go down to get water.
