ITHo prenotato all'ultimo minuto per necessità e ho scoperto un appartamento molto bello, curato e tranquillo, vicinissimo al Politecnico, raggiungibile facilmente da aeroporto e stazioni con mezzi pubblici. Si può arrivare in centro in breve tempo perché è ben collegato. Lo consiglio, si sta veramente bene.

IEITI stayed 5 nights, the place is really quiet, clean and nice. It is more beautiful than photos. Everything is exceptional. I would definitely recommend if you want to have a peaceful stay.

Check-in process. I arrived after 23.00 because my flight got delayed and when I stood at the door no one was there to open the door. I called the reception number, automatic response that they are closed until 08 am. Whatsapp does not work either. No emergency number in the welcome email. I was already waiting for an uber to take me to another hotel but then by some miracle the door opened (have no idea what happenned). This incident has spoiled the stay. What if something happens outside of the working hours and tourists need to reach the apartment managers? That’s unacceptable. Will not stay there again for sure.
ILDesign, spacious, location, very responsive team (changed coffee machine upon my request and brought us a new iron that was missing) Aircondioning was very quite and efficient.
We stayed for 16 night. No routin check up that the appliances in the apartment function. In the kitchen, only part of the gas burners function. airconditioning did not function untill i asked for new batteries, dishwasher stuck on 3 hours scycle, no place to dry didhes after being washed, light control too complex to mannage, refrigerator motor becomes very noisy sometimes. Double bed mattress was squicking. The sofa in the living roomwas loaded with cusions.

BRA spacious apartment, well located and silent. Two bathrooms, a big living room with two coaches and table for 8 people. Ideal to stay in Torino with family/friends. Very helpful and proactive support staff.
We had an issue with an obstructed sink and dishwasher couldn't be used. Despite the annoyance, support staff was very helpful and kind to help us.
