A little bit inconvenient to collect the key from the property agent which was a mile away.

Blinds in the bedroom way too high to reach unless you are 6ft. They were broken so couldnt open the slats to see the beautiful views, reason why we were there. Spare bedding on the highest shelf, again, unable to reach unless you are 6 ft. More irritating than anything as it's just a simple thing to rectify.

charged 3x£300 deposit for two apartments. Transactions declined as void but told “have to wait to see if I’m debited” NOT impressed as the transaction was taken from my account. I have booked numerous appartments before but not any more
