Camera sporca, odore di muffa, senza lenzuola, doccia rotta, pavimentazione in legno tutta rotta e con chiodi sporgenti… al momento del check-out non c’era nessuno abbiamo dovuto svegliare il responsabile che è apparso scocciato … Sconsigliatissimo non andateci !!

La finition des travaux

The location is amazing. The staff was really unfriendly. They accepted an early check in a 6:30 but no one was there to welcome us. We had to wait an hour before someone showed up. The receptionist was so unfriendly kind of blaming us for coming so early. We had not choice cause we came with the sleeping bus from sapa. Then they said we cannot have breakfast cause it opened at 8 am and we had an organised tour so we left without eating. Also We were informed last minute that we cannot eat at the hotel cause they had a cooking class. The place is quite remote so we need to go back to the center to grab something to eat. They put us in a room with two beds cause the one we booked was not ready. The room was not clean, we still had stuff from the previous guest under the bed. They said it won’t be charged for the extra bed but they wanted to charge us at the check out. Expect cockroaches and huge spiders in the room.

Secluded and peaceful with beautiful scenery and rustic vibe. Probably perfect for younger guests in larger groups

While the main sheets were clean, the duvet layer provided had clearly not been washed as it smelt of body odour and fire pit smoke unfortunately and had grit all over it. Unfortunately staff did not understand my gluten allergy properly, so eating there isn’t recommended if you have dietary requirements

L’emplacement est incroyable, c’est beau, calme et entouré de nature tout en étant proche du centre (9min en scooter). Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, ma chambre était superbe, très grande et avec une vue magnifique

J’ai du attendre un certain temps avant d’avoir ma chambre car d’autres clients ne voulaient pas partir car leur bus était plus tard… ils m’ont arrangés un espace en attendant. Et la compagnie de scooter par laquelle ils passent à un drôle de tableau tarifaire.

Если вам на природу, то это сюда. Место удалённое от основного маршрута и это огромный плюс для возможности побыть в природе. Вместе с этим - самый лучший интернет, который я только встречала в Азии, плюс отличный душ с хорошим напором воды, кондиционер и холодильник. Огромный завтрак м вкусный кофе) в общем, я в восторге и ещё вернусь
