Es una casa muy bonita, nos gusto muchisimo. Tiene una cocina grande con todo que necesitas. Podia estar alli toda la semana. Esta situada en parque natural Saja-Besaya, donde hay mucho que hacer, disfrutar en naturaleza, relajar y tal vez visitar Centro de interpretacion del parque, que es muy cerca de la casa y muy interesante! Tambien es muy amable el perro de vecinos❤️

Pleasant smell throughout. I enjoyed reading some of a guide to birds of Britain and Europe from the sitting room's well stocked bookshelf. There's a great restaurant next door that serves top tier 'cocido montañés', which I recommend.

Could only find one shared bathroom.

I was the only guest. I loved the fireplace that helped warming up and drying up a bit. I didn't met the host but she was very sweet and welcoming over the phone. The restaurant next door is simply amazing.

Keeping some teabags or coffee in the cupboard would be a nice touch ;) Also a lighter for the fire

Pat arranged everything perfectly well for us, including meals in the restaurant next door. The Saja valley is an absolutely stunning place.

The location was amazing - an introduction to Cantabria as our previous journeys always took us via the motorway to Santander with little opportunity to see anything as spectacular as the Cantabrian mountains before.

There were no locks on the bedrooms. If I had been staying alone, I would have been very uncomfortable with this.
