"Not for people looking for a bit of luxury & over priced for what was offered."

The setting was peaceful and the birds were lovely to wake up to and to watch from the patio. The location worked for us, being close to the rest of our family and close to shops, restaurants etc.

The house was very run down compared to the beautiful photos. The pool had algae in it, the appliances were faulty - washing machine leaked, dishwasher smelly and didn’t clean properly, the oven seal was broken so cooking took much longer, no toaster, the one shower was mouldy and blocked, the linen was old and stained. The pool table was ripped so not playable, only two darts for the dart board. Most of the cupboards were water damaged. The house needs some TLC. It has great potential.
