Apartament położony w dobrej lokalizacji, chociaż na ortigia.I każda lokalizacja jest dobra, tam wszędzie blisko. Przepiękn wejście do apartamentu, z wieloma roślinami. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z wynajmującymi.

Apartament bardzo nie funkcjonalny. Dziwny zapach po wejściu. Na parterze jest kuchnia, stół jadalniany, łazienka i sofa bed. Sofa bed bardzo niewygodna, to było raczej łóżko turystyczne. Łazienka maleńka z suwanymi drzwiami tuż przy stole jadalnianym. Pierwsze piętro to sypialnia z podwójnym łóżkiem i ta jest ok. Prowadzą do niej marmurowe wąskie schody.. Ale to jeszcze nie takie złe. Na drugim piętrze jest kolejna sypialnia, do której prowadzą schody dreenusne, tak strome i wąskie ze z walizką nie da rady wejść i żeby nie spaść trzeba się mocno trzymać. Sypialnia maleńka, ale to ok. Ma balkon, bardzo fajny. Za tą cenę można znaleźć zdecydowanie lepsze mieszkanie

Overall a good stay, but with some drawbacks The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is decent and offers good value for money, especially for a group of four. However, it could use some improvements. Lighting inside was quite dim, and there was an unpleasant smell—likely because the unit is partially underground. Also, access can be challenging: there are steep stairs leading up, and the railing on the upper stairs was unstable, which made it harder to climb safely. If you’re okay with a few inconveniences, it’s still a reasonable option for the price, but a few updates would really enhance the experience.

The location made up for the shortcomings. Responsive agents: we were staying / cooking 12 nights - kitchen equipment lacking - but what we needed was very quickly supplied. Easy access to station, local bus, market etc

The stairs! We chose the apartment for the terrace. Unfortunately this was accessed via a ladder style staircase. Our hope of 'dining under the stars' was not possible. We did manage one meal up there but we had to pack it like a picnic, load it into back packs so we could have hands free for the climb. The bathroom was on the ground floor - the bedroom on the 1st. To use this in the night was hazardous. The automatic stairwell light was a fluorescent strip that came on once you got to the 3rd step. The hand rail didn't reach to the top step so I had to cling to the door frame to the right, descend 4 steps then turn around to get to the banister on the left. We didn't even try to get our cases upstairs. We had1 bath and 1 hand towel each. With an airless windowless bathroom, the towels stayed damp. (Drying rack up on the terrace). Towels and sheets changed day 5 and 10. No means of washing clothes - 12 day stay - handwashed in sink and carried up to the terrace in dripping bin liners.

Great location , near to everything. The local cat adopted us, We did feed her and she was great company. We were sad to day goodbye to her. We would visit again.

In the next house the roof lights were on all night, and that made sleeping with window open and enjoying the lovely less enjoyable. But that is something that can be easily fixed.
