Villa itself and pool was nice

Read google reviews *** Sauna/ ice bath not working Reached out prior to ensure this was working only to find out on arrival it’s out of order… Customer service chocking. Was allowed to amend dates for stay only to find out last night that it’s not allowed. No reason at all other than “it’s non-refundable”. I stayed for 9nights and was given confirmation 5 days prior that it was ok.

Very modernised apartments. Nice and clean, has everything you need for your stay. Filtered water in the room was an extra added touch. Facilities on the roof were amazing, hot tub, sauna, icebath. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Propriety was looking nice

Big customer service issue! SCAM! check reviews on Google! They where fully booked and they tried to offer us an inferior apartment and trying to convince us that we booked it an inferior apartment. I felt like they where trying to full us! Did not check in and propriety din not accepted our full refund request!
