Location. Loved Cooper Young area. Easy transport links. Apart from 1st night when planes flew all night, right overhead, it was quiet.

Arrived to really strong smell of gas in communal hallway, which was also dirty & in poor repair. Whole apartment was grubby and unloved. Floors sticky, trash on floor in wardrobe, pans had food remains, broken lavatory seat & window blinds. Not enough bedding provided for number of occupants.

Had two people under the property unknown still don’t know they are at different times.

Used the same code with other guest because they walked in on me twice at different times. Pretty scary.

Had the worst experience ever, never go here!! Not managed at all, it’s more of a Do Drop In!! Noisy inconsiderate tenants , Loud Doof Doof music that vibrates through the whole building, the airport has a plane Every minute , and it’s Close!! The trains start at 2am, and they’re Close too!!! Only time you don’t hear upstairs tenants or Doof Doof music is when a plane flies over . I literally felt unsafe staying here with my elderly mum !!! So many cars driving in and out of the back yard , stopping out front , picking up people and dropping off .. it was an absolute nightmare, after complaining to owner the noise would stop for a minute - then back only louder !!! Hated it!!

It was clean

The stairway was narrow and steep. The bed was right bedside the door.
