You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Sunway lagoon only 5 minutes away.

Beautiful decor of the Hall. Beds well maintained and soft , clean and very comfortable. Very pleasant proprietor and good communications. Kitchen was complete with necessary utilities. A good welcome stay.

A little musty air at the onset of stay. Aircons worked to dispel stale air.

"Comfortable home away from home vibe."

Furnished very well, felt like a home away from home. It has a convenient location and is easily accessible. Parking was easy. The host was very pleasant and thoughtful. Everyone staying was comfortable. Warm and welcoming ambience.

Nothing negative to speak of.
