The rooms were not as it is shown in the photos the room walls were dirty there was no fresh towels neither there was any fresh blankets even the bedsheet was dirty zero would be the rating on cleaning and hygiene the toilet seat was even dirty someone had urinated before us on the seat there was fresh stains pathetic. The room balcony door was broken and the cold windy storm were making the room cold and when we asked for heater they were charging Rs 400 extra when it was there fault for the cold leaky doors

We weren't informed that Basement parking was only open until 10 p.m. So, we had to go to the Mall parking and pay an extra 160 rs for it. The room was smelling. We had to get the bedsheet and blanket changed specifically. Toiletries not provided. The washroom had broken faucets. No glass or anything.

Room size and location

It was the worst experience ever. No electricity after 2 hours of check in. Needed to call manager 3-4 times untill got electricity. In evening asked for extra blanker which took another 2-3 hours. Also the dustbin was totally dirty. Overall a very very poor experience. Staff was totally not supportive. A big thumbs down.
