Elegant-comfortable space-self checkin & FREE WIFI

Layout of unit was perfect for our requirements.

Previous tenants checked out late which left little time for cleaning. The unit was therefore not perfectly clean. The apartment complex was also rather dirty in the corridors.

Suite 101 is modern and was clean when we got there.

This is a private suite and not part of the hotel No house keeping and no change of towels. We were told this is only done after 7 days. Tumble dryer was not working, we were not informed prior to confirming the booking. Stayed there for 6 nights. Did washing and no place to dry it. Host was not helpful. Very poorly managed. Can make for a good stay if managed properly.

Apartment is nice.

It was a mess getting to the apartment, as there is no indication that it's in block A - same property as the Regency Hotel, so I went to the Regency twice and was directed away... There was an empty condom-box in the drawer. There is a serious issue with the shower in the main-bathroom - it has no water pressure - you literally have to jump around in the shower to get wet... There was loadshedding when we got back the evening of 31st Dec, and the emergency light in the lounge weren't charged, so we had to navigate to our rooms in the dark...

Immaculately clean. By far one of the cleanest apartments in Menlyn at a fantastic rate, superb security! A great place to stay with family. Thank you for your hospitality too!
