After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the property with all information about the check-in and key transfer. 20% prepayment is to be transferred immediately after booking. The remaining balance, security deposit and tourist tax must also be paid at least 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, the landlord will try to rent the property to someone else. If this is successful, the cancellation fee will be EUR 50. If a further rental is not successful, 80% of the total price is to be paid as a cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel insurance, so that you are not left with the cancellation costs in the event of illness. Please note that no loud parties are allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
