It is a new business

The hostel is brand new, and it's managed by an amazingly dedicated, friendly, and helpful team of Chinese and Serbians. The staff alone make up for all the other shortcomings, some of which are inevitable teething issues. The location of the hostel is also great, literally behind the bus terminal, but on a nice street with lots of late night cafes and venues, so it's always friendly and safe to walk around... The WiFi on our floor worked great, and there was a lovely little sitting area with sofas and chairs to read, relax, eat or generally socialise... The attitude of the staff also contributes to a very social atmosphere, so it's easy to meet and interact with other guests.... The kitchen as well was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a meal there...

I'll ignore the obvious teething problems as the hostel is brand new, but overall the building is old and the style is more a 90s hostel, so don't come expecting privacy curtains, walk in showers, smart card lockers etc....
