great location near beach and restaurants

all was good, parking underground was a challenge but parked in the street.

Perfect location, perfect comunication. Everything was without problems.

Communication was great which made the checking in process easy. A gift of wine and food had been left for us and this was a lovely touch. The flat itsself is very large and comfortable. There is everythng you need and we felt at home there almost immediately. There is plenty of space and if there was a larger group staying there (there was only two of us) it would still seem spacious. The location is amazing. It is located in the centre of Machico, only a few minutes walk to the beach. If you arrive at the airport it is easy to get the bus there - take the bus to Machico and get off at the stop before the bus station. We felt very safe and relaxed in the flat. We loved our stay there.

We stayed as a family with two children for two weeks in August in the apartment with three sleeping rooms. The location of the apartment was really good. In the neighbourhood were a lot of nice restaurants and pubs and the beach and supermarket were also close. We did not require a rental car, but discovered the island either by bus from the central bus station in Machico or by foot. The welcome package in the apartment with some food and drinks was very nice. The apartment provided a lot of space for us as a family. It was also positive that the sister of Ana lived in the same building. So we were able to contact her if needed. The apartment has three balconies, but unfortunately none of them was big enough for us to sit there with four persons.

The wooden floor had better times already, but for the rest the furniture was good and the apartment looked nice.
