"Bad"

The biggest issue was the customer service, which was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. I was falsely accused of stealing pillowcases, a claim that was completely unfounded and humiliating. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I’ve ever faced such an unpleasant and unjust situation
