Lost a bunch of stuff, like apple charger, cord, adapter, Jabra headset and few cosmetics. We booked 2 rooms and in the evening both the keys stopped working and we were forced to use master key which was accessible to everyone. Not pointing on anyone but i think it’s the cleaning lady(one she kept looking into our room while cleaning and the lost cosmetic). Beware for such hotels. when we went back to take a look at the room and complain, the gate guard was rude and started arguing with us. We saw the cctv but the person showing us was seems to be moving the recording and it was hard to follow. Later left empty handed.

Walking distance from from pashupati nath temple,rooms and bathroom very clean,

Some of the staff's behaviour is not good.

Rooms were brilliant with a large working TV. Bathroom/shower with hot water. Great for being near to airport with NPR300 cab fare

The staff transferred me from the airport at night. The hotel is new and clean. Spacious room.

The breakfast was limited.

They let me check out later for 3 hours. So big and new! Even has the great view.

The breakfast is western style, only have a cup of warm milk, a bowl of cereal and two boiled eggs.

Super friendly staff, helped me a lot. Good location, near few Unesco sights.
