Oceanfront Oasis 2BR Getaway, Private Beach Access

The location was great! The apartment was clean for the most part. Right on the beach, walking distance from a 24/7 grocery store and restaurants, and security was awesome.

We had water in the dining area throughout the entire trip. At first we thought it was rain then come to find out a pipe had burst in the floor which was causing that area of the apartment to flood. We contacted the owner several times about it and they came three times to help with the water but ultimately that part of the apartment was unusable. We weren’t not offered a different apartment nor any sort of refund. Even after I requested a partial refund I got no response. I understand things don’t happen here as fast but in many cases it would take a day or two for anyone to contact us back. We had to worry about someone coming in to clean up when we were in and out of the apartment as well as worry about the water spreading. It was very disappointing as our group of four would have loved to use that space for games but we could not. There were small roaches in the bathroom that were coming from a crack by the bathroom door. Anytime we would go to the bathroom at night we would see them running across the bathroom wall. First we chalked it up to just being at the beach but being that we were paying for the accommodation, there should not have been a roach problem.

I liked that it was close to the beach.

-it was infested with roaches - I had to leave the same day I got there, never stayed over night due to going back and seeing all the roaches come out in the kitchen 1 by 1. -customer service was horrible when I asked for a refund, they just stopped responding. - when I asked maintenance about I couple belongings I had left behind he was very kind however, he did let me know this has happened before, so they know there is a roach infestation yet they continue to rent it out. -this is a residential facility with lots of elderly, it is an indoor access building, at the front of many residents doors there is an opening in the wall, so they are super strict on noise because it will disturb them. -if you have kids or are loud talkers or even want to play some music you can’t because it will disturb them, even having the TV on. -do not book this place. -this place shouldn’t even be allowed to be posted on booking.
