The host gave us valuable info via whatsapp. The appartment is very cute and had everything we needed. Although it is in a very lively nightlife street, the noise is very well isolated. We loved the location very much and enjoyed our stay a lot. Hopefully we come back! :)

Some basics were missing, like shower gel, sponge for cleaning dishes and the coffee tabs were provided only in the beginning and not during all days.

Feel the Bologna, near the city center, AC is ok , the elevator is ok, detailed check in with photos.

Everything is OK, may be 2 chairs for 3 people.

The apartment is as on the pictures, it is practically a studio, all in one room. It was pretty clean and for a short stay it is very convenient. The location is 10-15 min stoll to Piazza Maggiore, and the neighbourhood seems like a students neighbourhood, very young people around. There is a cafe stops away, and everything you need. I would recommed and would go again here.

There is little flaw when booking this apartment in winter, need to consider that the heating is working 90 minutes on a timer and then turns off, so if you go out the whole day you will get into a cold apartment. But is a small suite and gets warm quickly, there is an inverter as well. Another flaw was that there was not neither a soap to wash you hands after the trip, nor shower gel, nor shampoo.

Perfect for mini break. It got things that we need!

The apartment is not the newest, but it must be admitted that the quality here is adequate for the price. The standard is good, making it perfect for a short city break. Inside, it was clean and well-maintained. The great location allowed for walking tours in every direction of the city. The contact with the landlady was okay. On one hand, we received detailed information on how to check-in and some tips about the surroundings and the city. That was nice at the start. On the other hand, some messages and responses took several hours to receive, which didn't always facilitate smooth communication. It was nice that we were allowed to check-in early, and even if that hadn't been possible, there is an option to leave luggage. It was indeed noisy outside in the evenings, but closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning solved the issue. It didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend the apartment, especially for those who primarily come to explore the city.

There were no things that I would point out as major defects.

Big room, comfortable bed, kitchen. Close to the night life of Bologna - nice cocktail bar downstairs. Air conditioning in the room.

Very very loud because of the bars in the first floor (however when window closed it is fine). Also thin walls. Not very clean - someone's hair in the bathroom; random almost gone toiletries obviously left by previous guests. Only small bar of sope.

Very good location and the neighborhood has a good vibe. The host was very helpful with some nice recommendations about places to eat and visit. The apartment is spacious and has all the needed amenities. Whould definitely recommend it.

Sheets and towels had some stains but overall everything was clean and cared for.
