Royal Apartments - Nikiti

Everything looks like brand new, top quality furniture and all electronics, quite area but very close to the beach.

Can’t remember anything bad to say.

I love the apartament, it looks very nice, it has 2 bedrooms and one living room with open kitchen, a big terasse with a big dining table and the host was really nice. I Will surely return there. Thea beach îs very close, 3 minute walk.

The apartment is brand new and fully equipped. Within this property you will have everything you need for pleasant and comfortable vacation. The staff was approachable and ready to help and answer any questions. We highly recommend this apartment!

We loved our stay at Royal Apartments, exceptional, luxurious apartment… We were very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our holiday… The host Teodora was lovely, very reliable, came straight away when we called to check us in… The apartment was so clean, I was very impressed and very happy… I would highly recommend staying at the Royal Apartments, we didn’t want to leave… We would definitely come back and stay at Royal Apartments again… Love Emma, Igor and Eva…

Some additional cooking utensils would make it perfect… like wooden spoon, spatula, small tongs etc…

Te apartment is really nice and clean. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is brand new renovated and perfect for a larger group of people.

We had some kind of problem with the water pressure during the evenings and this was really annoying. For 3-4 hours a day there was no water at all in the first days, but we were told that the entire city had the same problem.

Great new apartment with a nice terrace. Hosts were amazing- the neighbourhood had power outage at midnight and they replied to us within 2mins and electricity was back in 1h.

No bbq. water pressure not super strong

The flat is very modern and stylishly furnished. There is air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the living room, which works very quietly. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, etc. In the living room there is a cosy couch with a coffee table and a large smart tv. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which is very convenient. Ironing board and iron are also available. The flat is provided with very good WLAN. The complex where the flat is located is (fortunately) a bit away from a busy road that leads to the beach. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Therefore, the flat is in a quieter area when the dogs are not barking. The balcony is also quite spacious and you have sun in the early morning and late evening. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance of the flat. As Nikiti seems a bit crowded, especially in the high season, the private car park belonging to the flat is also a major advantage. During our stay we noticed that only a few flats offer a private car park. The owner of the flat is very friendly, gives good tips on tavernas, sights and beaches and is also interested in the well-being of the guests. We had a very nice stay in Nikiti and will definitely be back.

The barking of the dogs in the complex and in the immediate vicinity was sometimes annoying. In the late evening, when the sun shines on the balcony for about an hour, it would be an advantage to have an awning.

Lovely place and host. The apartment was very clean and everything inside is new and well equipped. The is a parking place to each apartment .The host was very polite and recommend us great restaurants and beaches nearby. We've visited for the second time this year and definitely we'll visit again!
