Excellent location, 3 large bedrooms. Lots of storage space . All cooking and cleaning utilities available.

The tv didn’t have hdmi ports so we couldn’t watch subscriptions channels on our fire stick

Excellent location to beach, restaurants, cafes, shops. Fabulous beach view. Very clean. Comfortable beds Although in the centre of the town it was quiet.

1 bathroom, fine for 3 people but would be difficult with more people staying.

The only good thing was the location

Photos from booking.com are not updated, no AC in the living room and the bedroom that is most exposed to the Sun heat , Instead of AC I found two ventilators really noisy full with dust and mold

Das Apartment liegt ideal – nur über die Straße gehen und schon ist man am Strand. Zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind inklusive, was den Strandtag sehr angenehm macht. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Aufzug und bietet durch die großen Fenster einen traumhaften Meerblick. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Lokale und Restaurants. Der Mercadona ist ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der kleine Carrefour etwa 8 Minuten. Für Selbstversorger ist die Ausstattung perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist der große Carrefour in nur ca. 3 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem: tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick, nah an allem, was man braucht – absolut empfehlenswert!

Was uns weniger gefallen hat: Für 6 Personen ist nur 1 Bad vorhanden, das kann etwas eng werden (wussten wir aber vor der Buchung). WC-Papier darf nicht heruntergespült werden, was für manche ungewohnt ist. Der Check-in war leider kompliziert: Trotz rechtzeitiger Angabe unserer Ankunftszeit und der Information, der Schlüssel liege in einer Secure Box, war diese nicht auffindbar. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit und einem Anruf wurde das Problem in 3 Minuten gelöst – die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde uns vorher weder per WhatsApp noch telefonisch gesagt, dass der Schlüssel in der Wohnung selbst liegt. Man muss sich vorab über eine Website anmelden – diese Info hätten wir gerne klarer und früher erhalten.

El alojamiento es inmejorable.

Quizás al ser un primero se nota “algo” los ruidos pero se descansa perfectamente.

La ubicación

Es un apartamento de “mírame y no me toques “…. Pretenden que no hagas vida en el piso.. Solo que lo utilices para dormir y poco más… Las sillas son del Ikea (60€) pero si rompen por el uso de sentarse es que no son muy buenas…y rápidamente te piden 2000€ si hay algún daño.. Los plomos enseguida se bajan cuando enciendes la vitro,la lavadora solo se enciende a una cierta hora,..etc En definitiva, el piso es muy bonito, pero no lo uses…

Super lokalizacja, blisko morza. Duży salon, wygodne łóżka. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka.

Szkoda że tylko jedna łazienka na 6 osób.

Only mirror in one bedroom and bathroom other 2 bedrooms didn’t have any

Great location. Watching morning sunrises was a real treat. Nice and close to restaurants , bakeries, supermarkets and the promenade for walks The parking including with the property is really close and easy to access. It’s not exactly free though, as I believe the price of the property is more expensive because it has parking.

The bathroom stinks. Most likely issues with the pipes. The memory foam pillows are not for me. Personally, I would prefer normal cushioned pillows. The washing machine door is a bit broken and it takes 15 minutes of messing around to get it working. The dryer was great to have, but the lint filters were not cleaned The Netflix app on the tv didn’t work because the app is out of date and there is no update for it on the tv. The lift is quite small and was tight with our travel pram. A normal sized pram would not fit so you would have to carry up 2 sets of stairs.
