Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania,wlasciciel uprzejmy Apartament fajny lecz na 4 osoby troche mały.Brak pralki uciazliwy przy dluższym pobycie.

La casa es bonita, estaba muy limpia y es muy cómoda, con una habitación muy amplia. Se puede aparcar cerca con cierta facilidad. Laterza es un pueblo que tiene su encanto.

Falta de equipamiento en la cocina, como por ejemplo, tostadora, microondas, bandejas, ...

The very lovely Francesco met us and showed us the apartment. Well appointed and clean. Super comfortable. Laterza is really beautiful and well worth the visit.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Il San Leonardo Appartahotel è una soluzione perfetta per chi cerca comodità, pulizia e tranquillità. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben arredati e dotati di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Un plauso speciale va a Francesco sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L’ambiente è curato, accogliente e silenzioso.

It’s so beautiful and the area where is located is lovely. The host was very nice

The apartment was nicely renovated and was super clean. The kitchen was equipped better than usually, eg. with two coffee machines and some additional equipment that is usually not there with other apartments, such as coffee, olive oil, detergent, fabric softener, aluminium foil. Thanks to the washing machine we had a chance to have our clothes always clean. Francesco, our host kept in touch with not only prior but also during our stay and regularly asked whether we need anything. If we did, it was instantly solved. We were aslo provided information on programs, etc. He was a great and very caring host. The location of the apartment is excellent for those who would like to plunge into history as well since it's in Centro Storico which is a historical part of the city (therefore not accessible by car, but that only means that the car can be parked outside this old city walk which is about 1 minute walk).

Everything was fine.

A nice apartment decorated in authentic style in the heart of Laterza, so we literally dived in the life of the local people. The best restaurant in the city is also nearby. Francesco was very friendly and cooperative during our stay.

Very well renovated house in the old town, where the streets are a labyrinth. Very clean and quality furnished. Francesco was lovely, and very interested in our comfort.

The fridge needs a check up 😅
