"Pathetic 😞"

Receptionist was good

They have listed in Oyo.. I paid Oyo for the room and from the hotel I need to pay again.. if they have no relationship with the booking apps why they are listed in these apps.. if not listed they won't be getting reach from the customers . So they will list the hotel in apps and we need to pay money online and also in the hotel as well.. very pathetic
