GBWe stayed here with our family and had a lovely time. The house is big and very clean. It’s in a good spot, easy to find, and close to the mountains where we went hiking. Everyone liked it a lot. Thank you!
The only small downside is that you can hear the road at night when you’re trying to sleep, but it didn’t bother us much because everything else was so good.

GBThe village is pretty and well situated for exploring the beautiful Peak District. The house is quite spacious and the rooms/beds comfortable. Although the house is close to a road with through traffic during the day, the noise levels were fine and we weren't disturbed at night. There is a very convenient Co-Op supermarket only a few minutes walk away for provisions.
A washing machine would have been useful and net curtains would be a good idea as passers by can see in. Access to the house and parking space is tight. Luckily I have a medium size car but I think a big SUV would struggle to get through. But there is probably on street parking not too far away.
