Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful spot, it was much bigger than I expected. Really nice break from the city. I wish I could live there haha! 100% would recommend this, and would love to stay again:)

Gates can be a mission, especially since we had friends that didn't have a remote. But it is understandable for safety!!!

Loved everything about the place! Really wished we could have stayed longer. The phrase hidden gem was invented for this home! It is much bigger than the photos suggest!

Nothing! Just know you may need a car with a high clearance to get to and from the property:)

It was such an amazing experience staying here on the farm. The scenery is gorgeous, especially the river and mountains. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home from the second we arrived. The Cottage was extremely comfy and convenient and they even provided the best tasting filter coffee I've ever had. I will definitely be back soon❤️

"Home away from home - you may not want to leave."

It is a wonderful space!!! If you are travelling through the area or if you want to spend a couple of days away from the world this is your spot. Large open space. Very friendly and fun owner - we were welcomed with smiles and laughs. The best house i have ever stayed in - there is nothing that isn’t there - in fact, i made some notes about what my house needs. Very safe - electric fencing and trellidoors all around. Great braai spot. I think there are good walks around and there is good cycling in the area.

The road there is a bit challenging, but it’s worth it!

The cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities that you may need to be more than comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The area is well maintained, has very good security, reliable wi-fi, is clean and in a very beautiful location that needs a bit of time to properly explore and take in. The snail farm was very interesting.

Although we did not have the issue, I can imagine that the dirt road may be difficult to traverse with a vehicle with low ground clearance.
