Rafaelo was very kind, accessible and helpful, even though we booked last minute due to an issue with a different booking. The room was large and located in a quiet area of Sorrento, not too far from the center, with a view of the sea. The bed was large and comfortable.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived -- the floors and surfaces were quite dirty. We requested housekeeping, which Rafaelo sent immediately the next morning, but even after the floors were still dirty and there was a strange smell from the products they used. The closest parking to the accommodation was about a 15 minute walk, which was problematic with our luggage.

"Wonderful apartment for my family of 4"

I was initially nervous about booking since there was only 1 review, but I definitely didn't need to be! The apartment was even better in person than in the pictures (the tile was lovely, high ceilings). Communication was excellent! And thorough instructions were given (including videos) on WhatsApp about how to enter and use the apartment, so it was very simple. The location was perfect, an easy 5-10 minute stroll to the main shopping area past a lovely viewpoint park. And the extra touches on arrival (coffee, cold water in the fridge, breakfast pastries) were very much appreciated after a hot day of travel. The amenities.. AC/Wifi/water pressure in shower were all excellent. We would very happily stay here again. I very highly recommend!

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to use the lights, but once that was sorted out, nothing else to add.

"Lovely apartment in great location"

Modern apartment in great location.

My own fault as I assumed that there will be a separate bedroom + living room with a sofa bed. It was all in one space. Perfect for 2 people but we were 2 + 1.
