"Great room, great hosts, good location."

It was clean, trendy, easy to access, and had the facilities I needed, like kitchen with big fridge, bathroom, fast wifi etc. Also the hosts were very responsive re. communication. And it was easy to walk into town.

The air con is not able to be controlled in the room, so was too cold at times, and was very noisy, turning on and off sporadically, which impacted my sleep. Also, a tea towel and washing up drying rack in the kitchen would be useful.

"Something special"

The duplex is tasteful and wonderful. Even though the area is a little run down, the duplex is in a quiet street and it's a short walk to Market Street. The large windows let in the evening sun. For Philadelphia an important point: parking is free.

"Fantastic duplex in Philadelphia"

Everything!!! The arrival was easy. Parking perfect. The accommodation was everything we hoped it to be and more. Very comfortable furniture, bed, nice linens and the owner, Ray is fantastic. We look forward to returning to Philadelphia another time and will stay here again. We also saw one of the other apartments and although smaller than the one we were in, just as fun and fabulous. Book this place if you can!

"Best bang for your bucks !"

The Suite was very clean and nice. There was a lot of restaurant near the suite. And there was a parking for our car wich is perfect. Everything was close, restaurants, grocery, subway,etc. A+++

"Big suite. Clean and Comfortable."

We hired a car during our stay which was convenient to travel around the city and there was always a parking spot available. The suit was very clean and tidy. I was so grateful to be able to have a cup of tea in the morning and have a large fridge to store items. The hosts were very responsive via email to any enquires I had. The suite was very large, and we had plenty of space of store our bags.

The only things I would comment on is access to the suite which is on a higher level. As there was no elevator, we had to drag our heavy bags up multiple sets of stairs. There was also no antenna to the TV where we could watch local TV. We were stuck watching Netflix.
