Cat Ba Madame Duyen Hotel

This hotel offers a prime location that made it easy to access the best of the city's sights and sounds. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable, well-appointed room, everything was perfect. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the thoughtful touches that made my stay enjoyable.

Everything was great. Helpful staff (they dont speak English, but with Google Translator everything was fine). The room was clean and the bed comfy. They let me check in early and check out late with no additional charge. They helped me book my bus tickets and made sure I would end up in the right one. They also upgraded me to a nicer room since the hotel wasnt full. So far defenitley the best budget accomondation I had in Vietnam!

The shower was sometimes cold. But since it was 30 degrees outside I didnt care. I'm sure they would have helped me out when I asked.

They were always friendly, attentive, and available to answer any questions.
