A nice spacious, comfortable well equipped apartment, very clean and all equipment seemed to be new. Just five minutes’ walk to the metro. We intend to visit Lisbon again and hope to be able to use this apartment again.

There was a requirement/request for an electronic damage deposit to be made the day before entry, I missed this on the day and had a little trouble with the link the next morning whilst transferring to Lisbon. I found this stressful and I don't understand why the deposit isn't requested/mentioned prior and not taken at the same time as prepayment.

APARTAMENTO COM FEDOR DE ESGOTO! Assim que eu entrei no apartamento eu percebi um fedor horrível de esgoto vindo do banheiro! Insuportável!! Apartamento com problemas elétricos também - a eletricidade cai do nada!! Tudo muito estressante fiquei chocada como alugam um apartamento assim. Solicitei o cancelamento da minha estadia e a dificultaram muito! WHOME so visa o ganho próprio deles! Eu não recomendo alugar nada desta empresa! Eu tive uma experiência muito negativa com este imóvel!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is modern, well equipped, comfy and in a very good place just 4 minutes from the metro station and less than 25 minutes walk from the centre. Excellent choice!!!
