2 Bedroom City Centre Apartment in Hemel Hempstead

Everything in apartment was fine. Clean with good facilities Lovely stay and communication from host was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Single bed wasn't that comfortable, could feel bed springs. Not a lot of toiletries but we managed. (Just hand soap) Entrance to back of apartment difficult to navigate. Steep stairs metal stairs from car park. Did not use any other entrance.

Spacious and well located

Good location, easy to get around, Costa coffee,shops and bus stops all within 5 minutes walk.

Basic cooking Pans. It's not very convenient if you wanted to cook your own food. There are two pictures of a welcome basket with a bottle of wine, biscuits and two bottles of still water in the photos on the booking website of this property, when we arrived there wasn't a welcome basket in the kitchen. So the two pictures should be taken off, otherwise they are misleading you for something which does not exist in the property.

The location was the best bit being close to the town Center and a short walk from bits you need,

The apartment was not clean, there where hairs on the bathroom on the floor ( a few not just 1) the bath does not drain very well when showering and dirty water was floating back up when washing, the mattresses where very uncomfortable and where able to feel all the springs, and all the pillows absolutely raked of BO it got to the point we had to remove them from our rooms and put them in the airing cupboard to try and get the smell gone,
