Serviço SPA mínimo, explicações e acompanhamento um pouco desleixado pelo preço

hotel perfeito para passar uns dias desconectado da vida real. de qualquer sitio do resort só se ouve o barulho da cascata e dos passarinhos. fizemos uma trilha de 5km que começa e acaba no resort. Para quem leva cão, sugiro os quartos com terraço. Principalmente se o vosso cão não fugir, podem apenas abrir a porta e deixá-lo explorar :) nesta questão do petfriendly foi onde mais excedeu as minhas expectativas. além de deixarem cama e taças, há muito espaço para eles correrem e uma zona com um lago. Todos os dias tinham wine tasting incluido na estadia. adorei!!!

A água banho japonês estava fria e não conseguimos utilizar

The location is amazing and really peaceful: with open windows in the room one only hears nature, despite having a really far view. The room is spacious, cozy and very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and available, and I liked the atmosphere of the whole place; I will stay longer the next time. I really appreciated the vegan offer though for me the dinner menu is so and so: the soup quite watery and the bean stew also quite watery and nothing special; the prices were fair though. On the other hand, I found the vegan breakfast quite simple but awesome: delicious fruits, vegetables, breads, cereals, vegan yogurt and milk. Despite the sauna inconvenience I mentioned in the cons, the breakfast makes the 9/10 a 10/10 review.

The sauna experience wasn't the best, to be very generous. I will cut the sauna saga very short (took forever to warm up and eventually it didn't, and the waiting wasn't particularly warm) just to say: if someone texts about the sauna right after booking, mentions it at check-in, waits 1+ hours in the SPA and eventually it doesn't even work for technical reasons, I'd at least offer something as a simbolic compensation for the discomfort. Even something small like a glass of wine or dessert would genereally do. My family works in the same sector and this is at least how we would do it.
