I had a terrible experience at this apartment. There was a stench that progressively got worse during the stay. The owners did not return any of my calls and I was forced to leave early and find alternative accommodation. The owners would only give me a 2 night refund from the 7 night booking. Extremely unfair given that I wasn't there for 4 nights and had to pay for another booking.com apartment. The 3 nights I did stay the plumbing issues progressively became more unpleasant. The owners showed no concern for my welfare or respect to answer my messages through the booking.com platform. I am a business professional who travels often and this is my first complaint made on booking.com with no resolution to date. Extremely unfair experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
