Manque de professionnalisme. Si vous avez des documents à demander au locataire, il serait approprié de le faire au moment de la réservation et non 24 heures de leur arrivée. La réservation a été effectuée il y a plus de trois mois, et l'identité a déjà été vérifiée. De plus, merci d’éviter les excuses peu crédibles, comme le prétendu changement d’agent, alors que celui-ci m’a contacté le même jour.

Nothing to mention bad

first the owner(John) was very helpfull,and always there to help with any issue. 2nd the apartment was very secure,very clean and very close to tram,buses and city centre is only 5min by car,the cornich (atlantic coastline) was accessible by tram 10 min away basically everything is no more 30 min max whether Casablanca coast or old Medina shopping malls are everywhere, the cosest is 3 min walk from the apartment. I general my family and i are giving this apartment 10/10.

Huge, Modern apartment. Very easy to find. Beautiful inside and outside. Near to supermarkets, parks, and public transport was easily accessible.

Strongly recommend it for pedestrian location and local staff that stocked it well and helped us when lost. Quiet for work Only two negative: Workout room is very weak Access by car is not easy For future clients: 1 -give precise directions 6 hours before because parking is not intuitive 2-figure out time zones so you open on local time

It's nice and quite and the beds are comfy also loads extra towels it was one of the best stays I had I have stayed in alot of apartment this is far the best it's new built everything is new and clean heating was great I loved the whole experience

Very clean and spacious. Easy to reach downtown within 15 min. Area is very nice with a huge park. Communication with the Landlord was very nice and easy. Parking easy in the park garage and directly in front of the building.

Little thing...one of the showers is a little bit clogged. Not a problem but should be fixed not to get bigger water damage
