"Perfect one night stay"

The location was perfect for our needs and the village has a number of shops, pubs and take-aways (we had a super cooked breakfast in Jen's Cafe). The apartment was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and great views across the countryside. The owner was always quick to communicate and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us! We had a lovely meal at The New Inn at Sampford Courtenay - great food and friendly service. A lovely cream tea had been left for us in the Lodge, along with tea coffee and milk. We had everything that we needed for our one night stay and would definitely stay again.

Accommodation was perfectly clean. Atmosphere was welcoming. Host was very friendly. Had a good night sleep with no sounds around. Check in was super easy. Overall better than expected. Thank you for having us.

Jackie the host was so kind and quick to respond. The place was an instant “wow” as you walk in. From the view, to the decor to the welcome letter to the scones.

The quality of this space and the attention to detail is a revelation. Comfy sofa, zip & link bed for 2 configurations, smart TV, immaculate bathroom, view of countryside and northern Dartmoor and the friendliest pizza/kebab shop in town!!! The hosts are a joy. They are such nice people and care about your stay. Thank you for our brief but lovely stay. We really appreciate it.

Wish I could think of things to write. But I can’t! All good!
