Fast and easy check in

Well booked for the pool, but sadly it was not clean. The first room we got was not very clean, still had urine on the toilet from a before guest, the floor was very dirty had to buy a broom. On top of that the air in that room didn't get below 80. Got a second room because of the air issues and that one was a whole lot better air wise but had cigarette butt at the front door and the driver took two cycles to dry. Other then that the rooms are spacious and have a kitchen so it makes the perfect spot to stay with a small family

I didn't like anything about the Property. It looked very unkept!! ACTUALLY IT LOOKED NASTY!!! There were people hanging out on the 2nd floor that appeared to be drug dealers. We found out from the locals that it was a hotel for Prostitute's. We didn't stay on the property. There was definitely false advertisement in regard to the Property it didn't look like any of the pictures online!! And to top things off I was charged twice154.00 by you all and 103.00 by Red Roof. I really think that you all need to check out these places before contracting with them. OR MAYBE SOMEONE FROM YOUR COMPANY SHOULD STAY A NIGHT BEFORE CONTRACTING WITH THEM, THEN YOU COULD ASSURE A REPUTABLE HOTEL. But I understand, it's all about stealing and taking other people's hard earned money. This is not the first time that something like this has happened to me with booking. I tried to tell myself that you all were better than this, BUT YOU'RE NOT!!! AND I WILL BE DOING A YELP BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW HOW YOU REALLY ARE!! YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.

I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! i REALLY DIDN'T LIKE BEING CHARGED TWICE. I CALLED BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU ALL SAID I WAS CHARGED, THEN CHANGED THE STORY THAT I HADDEN'T BEEN CHARGED. I CHECKED WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY WERE THE ONES THAT TOLD ME THAT I WAS CHARGED BY BOOKING, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE TREATED EXTREMELY RUDE. YOUR COMPANY IS FILLED WITH LIARS AND CON MEN. WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS TAKEN PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO YOU. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

Great place to sleep and enjoy it.

Upon check in they required a $35 non refundable cleaning fee and a $100 deposit that were not mentioned on the website. When I went out to my truck the following morning my tailgate was down and there were empty alcohol containers in the bed. Apparently there is not any type of security. I have still not been reimbursed my security deposit and it’s been over 24 hours.

Very quiet, great stay for an extended period of time. Staff was helpful.

Do not stay here. After pre-paying in full, demanded an additional $135 cash (cash only) for “cleaning/ security.” I never got the room.
