D Simple Haus By Nestcove

The property was bad in condition, there was so many insects, the bedsheets was dirty and the toilet too. There was a very bad odour. I complained to the management and he send me that he want to cut my deposit because the bedsheets were dirty which was not true. Overall experience was bad. Would not recommend it.

I love the house, spacious and clean also all room got aircon, parking 3car inside also no problem. Unexpected the house is very big, suit for 4 to 5 family gather. Toilet very nice, big, clean with extra big mirror and space.

please put big mirror in every room also no plate in the kitchen also no water filter to drink water

The only thing that don’t have in this homestay is washing machine 😅. The rest is amazing. There are 4 rooms which 3 is equipped with AC. The house wasn’t feel hot at all due to lots of windows and air ventilation. I lot the bathroom area (suddenly remmbering those hostel days in Uni). The neighbor all very friendly but due to such a short stay we couldn’t meet and greet to the uncle and aunty there. They are very friendly! The house is really spacious. I’m really statisfied and my family also statisfied to the extend, they want me to book again next year Raya (if it still available la) and wondering also whether the house next to it is also homestay because we might gonna book few houses! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Kudos to the owner! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is great - just a short walk into town.

The property is in dire need of improvement as the shower facilities are pretty basic and theres no wash basin. The lounge area needs aircon and blinds over the window. The property is very noisey. There is a school nearby and some of the noise comes from parents dropping their kids off early in the morning. At night there is the sounds of revving motorbikes made worse by the fact that the windows do not seal properly and need replacing. We did not get any cxheck in instructions until very late. As we were in transit this was quite a worry.
