El alojamiento cumple con todo lo que promete. Las fotos son tal cual. Amplio y cómodo. La ubicación es excelente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The location was good but the property was hard to find and extremely noisy near a busy main street. It took 3 hours to access the property using the inefficient key system and the doors were not numbered. The inner door was difficult to open and heavy. It was a bad start. There was also a safety issue with the door as it was left open (possibly broken into) at night which is why we left. There is no soundproofing and I heard someone rattling our door handle in the middle of the night. The complicated key system doesn't work. We had to call the owners several times. When the owner did arrive, he couldn't open it either for at least 10 mins. We were also not informed there were two floors and stone steps. Both properties do not have numbers. No apology was made when the door did finally open. Additionally, they only provided one set of keys, which was limiting for people who do not want to be stuck to each other the entire time.

This property should be advertised as a prison. The second room has boarded up windows and two campbeds, there is no wardrobe or mirror. In the UK it would be illegal to call this a bedroom. We left early because there was no comfort factor. I felt immediately displaced, as I had to place my well-tailored nice clothes on a dirty camp bed. I also had to move my belongings around to use the mirror in the living room. I spent a significant amount of time looking for a plug socket. I couldn't find one. I took the kettle to other plug sockets in other rooms, it didn't fit any. You have to move the heavy kitchen cupboard to reveal the plug, which didn't fit the kettle! This is dangerous and unsuitable. The second toilet is located via entry to the kitchen. This felt very unhygienic and odd. We didn't use it at all. Even though we left 5 days early the owners couldnt care less. A horrible expereience made worse by the lack of care by the owner and this platform. Do not stay here.

The apartment’s location is just brilliant - close to the main square, restaurants and monuments yet quiet and private. The apartment is well laid out, beautifully furnished with high ceilings and lots of windows letting in lots of light. All of the windows had shutters, blinds and insect screens which made it very comfortable. Each room had air conditioning which meant the place was cool & comfortable and we could keep windows and doors shut against the street noise (which was not excessive anyway considering the inner city location). Lots of linen in the cupboards so no shortage of sheets & towels. There are lots of great books (in Italian) on the shelves on the art & architecture of Lecce and Puglia.

The eat-in kitchen is a bit small; there were 5 of us in the flat and meal times were - shall we say - cozy. As expected with the inner city location, access by car requires careful planning and the hosts directed us to nearby secure parking (about 10 minutes walk away).
