"Excellent location for many daytime destinations up the pennisula."

Great location. Walking distance to many fine establishments and, of course, the beach. Very friendly locals. Good food just a block away. The bathrooms were outfitted with more amenities and comforts than expected, including towels, shampoo, and other items you may have forgotten. Owners have everything very well set up for whatever adventure we are on.

We were on the ground floor, and it was quite loud above. Not parties or anything of that nature; just creaky floors and less sound insulation than newer buildings. I didn't mind so much; my wife and dog were a little surprised.

"We had a fabulous time and this place was perfect for us."

The location was amazing and we could see the lake. The place was very clean and organized!

The beds/sofa weren't the most comfortable to sleep on- especially the sofa. The bedding/pillows were great though.

"A very cozy place located near a lot of fun things to do"

It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Its location worked very well for us.

The listing on booking.com did not indicate it was on third floor and doesn’t have an elevator. There is a big pot hole in parking lot right at our assigned parking spot that we had to navigate thru every time we parked. Microwave was located on top of the refrigerator, making it hard to get hot food out without spilling it. None of this was a major problem, but I list them as an opportunity for improvement for the property.

"The apartment is cozy and dog friendly and had an excellent stay!"

The property was decorated very nice and clean. Dog friendly. The beds were comfortable. We were greeted by a bottle of wine. Plus there was coffee, water, dog dishes and dog treats dishes. Location is walking distance to the lake, beach, and business. Krissi was available for any questions and concerns and responds promptly. The town is friendly. We will be back again!
