Top Lage in ruhiger sicherer Nachbarschaft. Sehr zentral zu den meisten Levadas. Viel Platz im Wohnzimmer, Küche und Terrasse mit Grill. Auch sehr viel Platz zum Verstauen der Anziehsachen. Vermieter bot jederzeit seine Hilfe an. Sehr nette Dame, die zum Reinigen kam. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, und würde sofort wieder hier buchen, wenn’s mal wieder nach Madeira geht. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

Myślę , że mieszkanie wymaga kilka poprawek i inwestycji. Prysznic w łazience wymaga pilnej naprawy , łazienka miała grzyb na ścianach, w kuchni wyposażenie raczej ubogie.

Carlos is a very good host, he gave us all the infos we needed before arriving and during our stay, he always answered quickly and was helpful! The house is huge with a big kitchen, two bathrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs), living room, there's also a washing machine, and you can hang your clothes on the balcony in the back (next to the bathroom upstairs), just be careful with the weather. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine (we didn't use it, you need to buy the capsules I think), electric kettle, fridge (is divided for 3 rooms), lot of space in the cupboards, kitchen utensils (the pans are sadly unusable in my opinion, they are teflon and very scratched). Our room was a smaller room, but had almost everything we needed, maybe one smaller cupboard would be good for clothes or a place to hang them. It has an electric heating device which was very needed, but the other parts of the house doesn't and it's chilly everywhere else. Overall we were happy with our stay here, it was pleasant and good value for the money!

Bathroom upstairs has some mold, and water pressure is not always good, but downstairs has no problem

Jolie maison à l'écart de la ville, très propre et équipé.

Pas de parking pour 2 chambres sur 3, il faut se garer dans la rue. Les évacuations des douches et lavabo ont du mal à évacuer l'eau. Douche froide si passe après les deux autres chambres. Télévision mais télécommande ne fonctionnant pas. Le placard en bois de ma chambre sentait fort le renfermé donc non utilisé.

Mírná zatuchlost v pokoji. Pravděpodobně ze starých skříní, ale šlo bez problému vyvětrat.
