This property has one family room which is reasonably comfortable. I spent the first of 2 nights in this room. This room is spacious, newly renovated and contains two very comfortable beds with a large flatscreen TV, a wardrobe and an office desk.

I spent the 2nd night in a standard room which is a nightmare and the reason for this negative review. The standard room was a horror and I would urge anyone thinking of booking this motel (it's not an Inn) to look elsewhere. The standard room was very old and tired and in need to a complete renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable, with the mattress housed inside a thick, plastic, waterproof cover. In the tropical heat, this plastic cover results in the bed sheets becoming damp with sweat. The bed was covered in an old blanket which was simply horrible. The old, box-type, AC unit is too noisy to have running while trying to sleep. The bathroom was a damp, almost-windowless, cell which is in need of a complete renovation. The lighting is totally insufficient in the bathroom with one ceiling light located away from the vanity unit and mirror. There was no hot water in any of the two showers which I used. The staff are not too friendly with reception staff hidden away inside a small, concrete-box, office at the front of the property. The only way to interact with reception staff is through a small hole-in-the-wall window. The property is definitely no INN but rather a roadside motel with a parking garage located on the ground floor of each unit. The motel in located on the side of the highway, outside of town and is best suited to those with their own transport. I arrived by taxi (from Manila) and was relying on public transport to get around. There are no restaurants or cafes in the area, which is a light industrial zone. The motel is handy to welding / mechanical workshops - but not dining or shopping options. There are no taxis in the area. If you don't have a car, you'll need to flag down a Jeepney or tricycle from the highway. There are absolutely no facilities at the property. I cannot recommend this property! A nightmare which is best avoided!

As a foreigner, staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to travel to Angeles city thanks to the staff who got me the right jeepney.

There is no reception desk like any other hotels, only staffs at the gate. toilet door is broken, couldn’t get out of the toilet room if door is closed alone in the room.
