The room wasn't big but there was a huge from porch attached to it, and there are nice common spaces with good view in the hotel. There was tea and coffee available

Una decepción. Cuando lo contratamos mostraba una imagen diferente a la que fue. La habitación llena de humedades y muy ruidosa, la ventana daba a un patio con mucho ruido y a un baño en frente que se escuchaba a cada persona haciendo sus necesidades. Lo contratamos por la lavandería, al bajar a usarla, nos trataron de malas maneras. No especificaban que no se podía usar, solo los trabajadores de allí. Tuvimos que sacar todo para volver a meterlo de nuevo y nos cobraron 60 quetzales. No lo recomiendo.

"It was not what we expected"

Excellent Location, nice personal.

Unfortunately, the hot water stopped working and couldn’t be fixed. We had to shower with cold water, as their only solution was to use a shared bathroom located away from our room. Our room is not on any of the rooms that they offer. Bathroom is tiny and under stairs.
