Clean apartment with kitchen, bathroom and washing machine facilities. There was ample parking around as well. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town. Neighbourhood felt safe with lots of locals going about their daily lives.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, 10-15 min walk to the old town. King size bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, 2 ACs, responsive host....just bring your positive vibes, everything else will be there...

"Good apartments to stay in Split (but not in winter)"

Easy to check-in, keys were in a keybox, good location, more than enough size for two, plenty of kitchen tools.

Apartments are big but very cold. And there are electricity problems - when you want to turn AC on heat there is a high risk that it will blow the fuses - happened twice with us. Also, hot water works very inconsistently and shuts down turning into cold in the most unexpectable moments.

Large apartment in a residential area about a 25 minute walk to old town. We didn't spend much time there except to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The sitting area was nice with couches. Easy access and everything we needed in the kitchen.

The pillows were too hard for my liking. My wife didn't mind. The apt. was on the 3rd floor and I was surprised there was no elevator for it being billed as luxury. Also the shower head was hand held only, no where to mount it. Beautiful shower so that confused us. The toilet was mounted very high off the floor. I'm tall so it wasn't a problem, but shorter people might mind.

"All in all a very pretty,"

We never met the host in person, but he was absolutely helpful and came out of the way to make us feel comfortable (even bringing a drying rack to the apartment as there was a washing machine but nothing to hang clothes on). The Wi-Fi was very good! The apartment was very well equipped with some minor issues that weren’t too disturbing.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator! This could be relevant for some guests with mobility problems! The area where the apartment is located is out of the center and not pretty.
